Wernicke’s Encephalopathy and Polyradiculoneurpathy after Bariatric Surgery: A Case Report

Abstract: Nutritional deficiency after bariatric surgery has its consequence on nervous system. Thiamine reduction occurs weeks after surgery, which results in dysfunction of both central and peripheral nervous system.
