The development of Drone-based Geographical Information System (GIS) Mapping of Cassava Pythoplasma Disease (CPD) for Precision Agriculture is intended to detect Cassava Phytoplasma Disease. Cassava phytoplasma disease (CPD) is a major danger to the country's cassava sector right now. The Philippines is one of the Asian countries that grow cassava as an agricultural commodity. This initiative delivers unique solutions to help Cassava farmers in the region solve their challenges. The researchers developed the system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Methodology as a guide. The system's process flow was conceptualized using Data Flow Diagramming. The methods used in the detection process are Pixel Intensity, Color Intensity, and Ratio and Coordinates Plotting using Raw Data and Featured Layer. The development of the Drone-based Geographical Information System (GIS) Mapping of Cassava Pythoplasma Disease (CPD) for Precision Agriculture is an effective and innovative tool in detecting CPD in order to prevent the spread of the disease. The implementation of the developed system addressed the current needs of the partner agency in monitoring and preventing the occurrence of the CPD in their cassava plantation. Agricultural development is essential for the community's survival because it is a major source of food. Food production is a critical component of food security. Food security must be improved to meet market demand, and one of the fundamental goals of agricultural growth is to provide sufficient quantities of food. Increasing demand for natural resources, as well as environmental issues, are putting pressure on the current agricultural supply chain, which includes agricultural land suitability. Land evaluation is a process of analyzing land resources for specific uses using an established technique or method, and it is required to incorporate land appropriateness. According to the criteria, the findings of land suitability will give information and/or land use guidance. The land's appropriateness might be evaluated in its existing state (actual land suitability) or after changes have been made (potential land suitability). To address these issues, the agricultural sector must transition from traditional agriculture to smart agriculture. One of the technologies and system modeling that drives the current technique to smart agriculture with an integrated approach to evaluate the sustainability of agricultural land suitability is the geographic information system (GIS). The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from prior investigations is presented in this publication. The articles are divided into two groups based on their approaches: agricultural land appropriateness for rice plants and the application of geographic information systems (GIS), comprising agricultural land suitability, site selection, and effect evaluation. The goal of this research is to determine what criteria are significant in increasing the quality of GIS applications in agriculture. This outcome is expected to assist stakeholders in formulating policies based on the performance of GIS data management in enhancing agricultural productivity and promoting agriculture supply chain management.

Agriculture has a strategic role in a country whereas food self-sufficiency being the main goal to be achieved. Indonesia has set a strategic plan for increasing the productivity of several commodities, including rice, especially irrigated lowland rice. That matter can be done by agricultural land extensification, which requires a land suitability directional map. This study aims to produce irrigated lowland rice land suitability maps which can be obtained by evaluation using spatial decision tree algorithm. The model is made in two different types, where model Y is an optimized version of model X. The dataset consists of two categories, namely eleven explanatory layers which are land and weather characteristics, and a target layer that represents irrigated lowland rice land suitability in study area of Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. As an addition to planting requirements, two spatial weather datasets were generated using ordinary cokriging interpolation, which was not used in previous research, while actually being important element for determining plant timing an agricultural commodity. Based on accuracy, model Y is the best model with 96.67%, compared to model X with 86%. Both models make relief variable as the root node, but in spatial decision tree result, model X involves all variables, while model Y does not involve an elevation variable. The addition of weather variables in models is appropriate, as evidenced by the involvement in rules.
