Web-CCAT: a Collaborative Learning Environment for Geographically Distributed Information Technology Students and Working Professionals

Abstract: This paper describes the underlying concepts, architecture, and design of a Web-enabled CyberCollaboratory (Web-CCAT) for geographically distributed information systems students and working professionals.
