The technological development of the industrial revolution era 4.0 greatly influenced the world of education, especially higher education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of education using Blended learning based learning in the Covid 19 season. Blended learning used one of which is Google Classroom. Blended learning involves all academics in the tertiary institution in English language courses. This research is a trial with two cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. The results of the data are analyzed based on the cycle in the implementation of learning. The results achieved in this study describe blended learning, knowing Google classroom as an alternative in learning English, and learning blended learning through Google classroom. Results in Cycle I are on average lower than Cycle II as measured by learning (69% to 100%), active student (27% to 100%), achievements (89% to 96%), learning process (70% to 100 %), complete score 25% to 86%), not complete ye (75% to 12%), success (45% to 75%) The use of Google classroom can improve the results of the average achievement of English material on students of English education departments. The conclusion of this research is that this application can run effectively, in order to help facilitate lecturers and students in English education study programs in carrying out the learning process more deeply.

Information services using smart platforms have become one of the demands of this era since the much of information centres' users prefer using them for their speed and simplicity, capacity and efficiency in collecting vast amounts of information that meets the user's needs. Smartphones have spread out globally in a dramatic form, which means that libraries and information centres are now facing tremendous challenges to meet the needs of its users. This study aims at highlighting the efforts of the Library Information Services Specialists' of providing information services by the use of smart platforms that have been applied in Saudi Academic Libraries and Centres, which have delivered the said services. The main requirements for offering information services via smart platforms in the academic libraries and Information Centers were considered the subject of the study (Saudi academic Library and Resource centres at Saudi Universities). However, the significance of the study relies on empowering the researchers and students to have the means of free access to the research, studies, and all sources of digital information via their smartphones. The study consists of two parts, applied and theoretical fields in its methodology. The implementation of the applied research involved conducting a survey among the information services providers at the Saudi academic Libraries and Resource centres at Saudi Universities. Several users of the said libraries have conducted well-planned interviews with 156 information professionals and researchers to identify their views, insights, and opinions on the benefits of offering information services via smart platforms. The theoretical part took from the resources’, references and websites that discussed the aforementioned topic. Also addressed were its obstacles facing the said services in the era of information technology as the study sought to find out the answer.

Abstract:Web mapping and the use of geospatial information online have evolved rapidly over the past few decades. Almost everyone in the world uses mapping information, whether or not one realizes it. Almost every mobile phone now has location services and every event and object on the earth has a location. The use of this geospatial location data has expanded rapidly, thanks to the development of the Internet. Huge volumes of geospatial data are available and daily being captured online, and are used in web applications and maps for viewing, analysis, modeling and simulation. This paper reviews the developments of web mapping from the first static online map images to the current highly interactive, multi-sourced web mapping services that have been increasingly moved to cloud computing platforms. The whole environment of web mapping captures the integration and interaction between three components found online, namely, geospatial information, people and functionality. In this paper, the trends and interactions among these components are identified and reviewed in relation to the technology developments. The review then concludes by exploring some of the opportunities and directions.
