The subject of stimulating employees toward digital transformation has always been one of the most significant topics, attracting the interests of scientists and decision-makers. This study analyzes the impact of critical factors, including self-efficacy, attitude, leadership, and employee characteristics on employee readiness for digital transformation and job performance. The variables were selected based on the extended theory of planned behavior and personal resource adaption models. To achieve the research objective, partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed. Data were collected from a survey of 302 employees of SMEs in Vietnam. Research findings showed that employees attitude (β = 0.1148; p &lt; 0.05), self-efficacy (β = 0.3737; p &lt; 0.05), and characteristics (β = 0.3328; p &lt; 0.05) affected their readiness for digital transformation. Employees self-efficacy and characteristics also demonstrated direct impacts on job performance. Meanwhile, leadership showed no direct impact (p = 0.6430) but an indirect impact on job performance through readiness (β = 0.1360, p &lt; 0.05). Additionally, among the factors, employee readiness is the most substantial predictor of job performance (β = 0.5152). The findings can benefit Vietnamese SME managers and policymakers, as they can better understand employees and develop effective strategies and measures to promote employee readiness and job performance in a digital transformation context. Mathematical learning in many developing nations is below average due to which students face difficulties in solving the equations and problems of mathematics as a result of limited understanding of the main concepts and reliance upon intuition as well as memorization. This study is focused on analyzing the effectiveness of senior graders’ education based on the development of mathematical intuition and logic in the context of Kazakhstan’s educational system. The quantitative research method and primary data sources were used for this research with a 147 sample size, which was selected by using a random strategy of sampling. With the use of IBM SPSS STATISTICS for data analysis, it was concluded that mathematical intuition and logic have a positive influence on the effectiveness of a student’s education. Effective strategies, such as rote learning instructions, problem-based learning, RME approach, mathematical reasoning, etc., are essential for enhancing the capabilities of studies in learning mathematics. It is found that there is a significant and positive association between student effectiveness and the logical reasoning abilities of students. Additionally, a positive and moderate relationship is noticed between the critical thinking of students, problem-solving abilities of students, and student effectiveness. Nevertheless, the main limitation of this study is that with small sample size, the findings of the study cannot be generalized; therefore, a large sample size would increase the reliability of the results in the future research. However, in the context of Kazakhstan, this study potentially contributes to the existing literature by presenting conclusive findings in the context of mathematical logic and intuition and student effectiveness.

This article aims to substantiate the factors by which the oil industry influences the sustainable development of OPEC++-participating countries under conditions of uncertainty. The impact of the price parameters of the world oil market and the tools of its regulation on the sustainability of OPEC++-participating countries was assessed using panel regression analysis. The sustainable development level of OPEC++-participating countries was analyzed by the integrated estimation method, focusing on crude oil market functioning features. Undoubtedly, we can testify that there is a direct correlation between the country’s level of socio-economic development and sustainable development. In resource economies, a reduction in oil production and exports cannot have the same effect on sustainable development as in countries that do not produce oil, or are characterized by a higher level of economic development. With an appropriate level of economic diversification and the effectiveness of the institutional framework for managing the oil market, sustainable development can be achieved. Based on the model of the integrated assessment of the sustainable development of oil-exporting countries, the impact of statistically significant financial investors’ panic factor on the imbalance of oil prices due to the uncertainty of economic development was determined. Key indicators that create a panic factor in the oil market were identified. These include the indicators of the number of countries enforcing lockdown and the pandemic’s duration. We argue for the need to develop an effective strategy for achieving the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in OPEC++-participating countries, based on the management of crude oil supply and demand forces and by considering the effect of financial investors’ panic factor on the oil market.
