In 2018, the technology, business and ICT (information and communication technology) sectors were the sectors that received the most new students at the vocational school level. Jobs in the ICT sector are one of the sectors that are really needed in Indonesia. There are more job vacancies in the ICT sector for vocational schools than for high schools. However, in the 2015-2019 period, the number of ICT sector workers with high school graduates was higher than vocational school graduates. The soft skill that is most needed in ICT sector jobs is collaboration. The main objective of this literacy study is to describe learning methods to improve collaboration skills in vocational high school students in the ICT field. Systematic literacy study using the PICOC framework is the method used. The results of this literacy study are in the form of descriptions related to: 1. The concept of collaboration; 2. Challenges and obstacles; 3. Learning activities to improve collaboration skills. It was found that problem-based learning (PBL) can improve collaboration abilities. To be suited to the world of work, it is necessary to integrate the Scrum model to develop vocational school students' collaboration skills in the field of ICT.

The aim of vocational education is to prepare future generations who have high capability and competitiveness in facing the challenges of global labor competition in the 21st century and the 4.0 industrial revolution. This study aimed to find out: 1) profile of SMK Negeri 1 Buduran, 2) coverage of revitalization programs of SMK Negeri 1 Buduran, and 3) School Conditions of Before and After Revitalization. It was a qualitative descriptive study. The study was conducted in August-December 2017. The subjects of the research included the teachers, educational assistants, and students of SMK 1 Buduran, Sidoarjo. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection instruments utilized observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data was then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the vocational education revitalization program can enhance the collaboration among schools and industries and universities. The program also increases the alignment of the curriculum among schools. Other fields such as learning innovation, student competency certification /graduates, fulfillment /strengthening of productive teachers, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, improvement of governance and work culture, and results of teaching factory (student goods/services innovation work), also increased significantly.

This study comprehensively analyzes the performance and usability of the SIMPKB website in the context of teacher professional development. This research carries a qualitative descriptive approach with the aim of deeply understanding the performance and usability of the SIMPKB website. This research consists of two complementary stages, the first involves performance testing using GT Metrix software, and the second phase focuses on in-depth interviews with 5 driving teachers in Kabupaten Jember by applying the concept of the Five Dimensions of Usability (5E) model. Through performance testing using GT Metrix and 5E interviews with driving teachers, significant findings have been revealed. Although SIMPKB shows relatively good response speeds, there are areas of improvement that can be improved, especially in terms of loading times and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP). The 5E evaluation of the mobilizing teacher provides an in-depth perspective on the effectiveness, efficiency, engagement, errors, and ease of learning on the platform. The test and interview results complement each other, providing a holistic picture of SIMPKB's condition and potential improvement. Improvement recommendations, which involve improving response speed and improving usability, can be a foothold for improving the user experience. Further research is recommended to explore optimizing technical performance, implementing more intuitive interface designs, and evaluating the impact of implementing improvements on user effectiveness. By adopting these recommendations, SIMPKB can continue to develop as an effective, efficient, and user-friendly platform in supporting teacher professional development.
