Vital staining of the Daphnia nephron in ultraviolet light

Abstract: ONE FIGUREThe transparency of the object is of prime importance in experiments concerned with vital microscopy. The crustacean, Daphnia, being completely transparent when liberated of its parasites, is therefore well suited for experiments of this kind.
