Visual and non-visual properties of filters manipulating short-wavelength light

Abstract: Optical filters and tints manipulating short-wavelength light (so-called “blue-blocking” or “blue-attenuating”) are used as a remedy for a range of ocular, retinal, neurological and psychiatric disorders.
