Online teaching platforms have been popularized and promoted as a result of the development of network information technology, and colleges and universities encourage teachers to use a variety of network teaching platforms to innovate teaching models and improve teaching effectiveness. Using an ideological and political online course as an example, it analyzes the teaching design concepts, instructional effects, and existing problems on the online learning platform, and extracts recommendations for online course construction that have a specific reference for online course teaching. Additionally, aiming at the multiobjective cloud resource scheduling problem, this article aims to optimize the total completion time and total execution cost of the task. It does so by utilizing fuzzy mathematics, establishing a fuzzy cloud resource scheduling model, and proposing a hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm CO. The CO algorithm is validated by randomly generating cloud-computing resource scheduling data using the CloudSim simulation platform. The experimental results indicate that the CO algorithm outperforms traditional cloud resource scheduling algorithms in terms of optimization and load balancing performance.

Relying on the reform of the learning field curriculum system of ideological and political education courses in colleges and universities, the association rules between data mining and soft computing technology are used to mine the association relationship between the software professional courses of the department, and the ideas and methods of optimizing the course setting are proposed. Several approaches for analyzing difficulties in the reform and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, as well as proposing improvements and optimization strategies, have been offered. The countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities are proposed to solve the timeliness problems of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities. Here the 5G network can get initialized. Then, the input education details are preprocessed, and the clustering of the educational information is performed by using the hybrid fuzzy K-means approach. Then, the features can get extracted by using the extensibility ant component analysis. Then, the impact was evaluated by using the mixed ensemble approach. Then, after checking the information viability, it can be stored in the database for further analysis. Then, the viable information can be sent to the student ID through improved TCP. The findings demonstrate that the mechanism presented exceeds the other algorithms examined, by expressing high accuracy especially concerning viable education information generation and transmission.

With the rapid development and transformation of the current society, reform in the education system has reached new heights of development. Also, the evaluation of ideological and political education reform using mobile phones as a carrier for artificial intelligence has become increasingly popular and essential. However, there are some problems in the reform process, though it has many advantages overstanding in a row. The concept of mobile phones as a carrier in artificial intelligence- (AI-) based mobile learning includes a complete teaching and learning process through mobile Internet devices. These Internet of Things (IoT) devices can be tablets, smartphones, and e-readers. In the present scenario, learning on a smartphone is still relatively marginal, while learning on computers and tablets is the subject of many experiments and projects in recent years. Many benefits are regularly put forward to promote mobile Internet technology in education, like more interactivity to enrich the learning, like discussion forums, blog spots, e-classrooms, chatrooms, and learning apps. Reading on mobile phones and in the traditional education system (reading books) improves brain activity. As a result, the concept of mobile phones as a carrier in AI (mobile learning) has more advantages than the traditional educational systems. The present research proposes a set of hypotheses that show mobile learning is way more advantageous than the conventional education system. In this research, remote supervision algorithms with wireless communication technology are proposed to perform the reformation of ideological and political education using mobile phones. The proposed algorithm focuses on the accurate delivery of the online courses, and the algorithm is compared with the existing hybrid K-means method, which has provided 5.03% less accuracy than the proposed method.
