Vinylsulfonamide and Acrylamide Modification of DNA for Cross‐linking with Proteins

Abstract: Bioorthogonales kovalentes Anknüpfen von DNA‐bindenden Proteinen (p53) an DNA gelang durch neuartige DNA‐Sonden mit einer reaktiven Vinylsulfonamid(VS)‐Gruppe. VS‐modifiziertes dCTP diente als Baustein für die Polymerasesynthese von modifizierter DNA, die über eine Michael‐Addition glatt mit cysteinhaltigen Peptiden und Proteinen konjugiert werden konnte.
