In recent years, multi-level cell (MLC) flash memories have been developed as an effective solution for increasing the storage density and reducing the cost of flash memories. MLC flash memories are especially for NAND flash memories . Error control coding (ECC) is essential for correcting errors in Flash memories.In order to correct multiple random errors and burst errors, an efficient decoding algorithms are required.In this work (255, 231) Product Reed-Solomon (RS) code technique for non-volatile NAND flash memory system sare used. In this proposed code that is Product Reed Solomon can correct both multiple random errors and burst errors. The Product Reed Solomon code consists of two shortened Reed-Solomon codes and a conventional Reed-Solomon code. It can correct up to certain symbol errors. A simulation result shows that the code has improved the coding gain and low power consumption.

Zusammenfassung: Die Bedeutung der Toleranztests für die Diagnostik der diabetischen Vorstadien wird aus den pathophysiologischen Voraussetzungen abgeleitet. Die Methode der Wahl ist der einzeitige orale Glucosetoleranztest mit 100g Glucose (oder Glucoseoligosacchariden). Dieses Verfahren erfaßt die wesentlichen physiologisch wichtigen Funktionen, was für den intravenösen Glucosetoleranztest und für den Jolbutamidtest nicht gilt. Gleichzeitig ist der orale Toleranztest am einfachsten durchzuführen. Lediglich bei Störungen im Gastrointestinalbereich kann der intravenöse Glucosetoleranztest angezeigt sein. Es gibt keine wichtige Indikation für den Tolbutamidtest Die verschiedenen Störmöglichkeiten sowie Fehlermöglichkeiten bei der Durchführung des G/ucoseto/eranztests werden besprochen. Schlüsselwörter: Diabetes mellitus -Glucosetoleranztest-'Tolbutamidtest -Störmöglichkeiten und Fehlermöglichkeiten. Summary: The significance of the tolerance tests for the early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus is deduced from the patho-physiologic conditions. The method of choice is the oral glucose tolerance test with 100g glucose (orglucose-oligosaccharides). This method accounts for all the essential physiologic functions. This is not the case for the intravenous test or for the tolbutamide test. Additionally, the oral test is very easy to perform. The intravenous test is indicated only in case of disorders in the gastro-intestinalarea. There is no indication known for the tolbutamide test. The different possibilities for disturbancies or for mistakes in the performance of the oral glucose tolerance test are discussed.
