VFR Travel: A Viable Market for Tourism Crisis and Disaster Recovery?

Abstract: Rebuilding tourist arrivals after crises/disasters is important. However, tourism may have negative impacts in terms of interfering with the destination recovery efforts, and adding distress to local residents.
