Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the case of a patient undergoing kidney transplantation who developed limb tremor dizziness and vertical nystagmus (ny) during Tacrolimus (TAC) therapy and to investigate the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying the balance disorder.
