Verwendung neuer halogenpolyole zur PUR‐hartschaumerzeugung mit verminderter brennbarkeit

Abstract

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG:Es wurden Untersuchungen durchgefiihrt, inwieweit sich aus 2-Furaldehyd erhaltenes 3,SDibromhexan-1 ,4-diol, 3,5-Dichlorheptan-l,4-diol, 3,SDibromheptan-1 ,Cdiol, 2-(4,5-Dichlorpenty1)propan-I ,3-diol und 2-(4,5-Dibrompentyl)propan-1,3-diol zur Herstellung von PUR-Hartschaumen mit verminderter Brennbarkeit eignen. Es wurde auch die Moglichkeit der Verwendung von Hexan-1,4-diol, Heptan-1 ,Cdiol, 2-(Pent-4-enyl)propan-l,3-diol und 6-Hydroxymethylheptan-1,2,7-triol zur Herstellung von Polyurethan-Schaumen untersucht. SUMMARY:The usefulness of 3,5-dibromohexane-1 ,Cdiol, 3,5-dichloroheptane-I ,Cdiol, 3,5-dibromoheptane-I ,4-diol, 2-(4,5-dichloropentyl)propane-l,3-diol and 2-(4,5-dibromopentyl)propane-1,3-diol for the synthesis of rigid polyurethane foams with reduced combustibility was investigated. In addition possibility of utilization of hexane-I ,Cdiol, heptane-1 ,Cdiol, 2-(pent-4-enyl)propane-I ,3-diol and 6-hydroxymethylheptane-I ,2,7-triol for the manufacture of foamed polyurethanes is examined too.
