Abstract: Vorgeschichte: Ein 45-jähriger Diabetiker habe morgens neben 20 Insulineinheiten (IE) basal noch 12 IE normal appliziert. Da er in Eile war, habe er allerdings weniger gefrühstückt, als vorgesehen. Während der Autofahrt zu einem Termin kam es zu einem Auffahrunfall an einer rotlichtzeigenden Ampelanlage. Ein Unfallzeuge gab an, dass der Unfallverursacher kaum ansprechbar gewesen sei, verzögert bis gar nicht auf Ansprache reagiert habe und das Fahrzeug bzw.
