Vergleichende Untersuchungen zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Tocopherolen

Abstract: Seit der Entdeckung des Vitamincharakters der Tocopherole im Jahre 1922 durch Evans u. a. [3] ist eine Vielzahl von Methoden zu ihrer qualitativen und quantitativen Bestimmung beschrieben worden.
