“…Habib et al [8] performed experimentally velocity measurements using a Laser Doppler Anemometer for turbulent natural convection flow in heated vertical channels of two boundary conditions (i) symmetrically heated where the two plates have the same temperature higher than that of air and (ii) asymmetrically heated where one plate has constant temperature higher than that of air and the other plate has temperature lower than that of ambient air.
