“…Hypotension occurs in sepsis as a result of venous and arterial vasoplegia, hypovolemia and myocardial depression. In studies, vasopressor agents such as norepinephrine, epinephrine, vasopressin, dopamine, terlipressin, phenylephrine and inotropic agents such as dobutamine, dopexamine, milrinone and levosimendan were used (11).
