“…Reactive angioendotheliomatosis is a rare and poorly defined cutaneous reactive vascular disorder characterized by intravascular proliferation of cells expressing endothelial cell markers. Its clinical appearance usually includes erythematous or purple–brownish macules and papules or purpuric plaques and occasionally ulcerated lesions ,.
