“…Nevertheless, there is a strong correlation between the MAF and JSS‐TR scales supporting the data from literature since fatigue in AS is significantly associated with sleep problems . Parameters that indirectly affect sleep, such as age, BMI, and disease duration, show the discriminative properties of the JSS‐TR Previous studies have revealed poor or insignificant correlations between age, disease duration, and functional sleep parameters, which are in line with the current study's results that show the good discriminative properties of the JSS‐TR Also, the validation of JSS in RA and PsA patients showed that there was no correlation between JSS scores and clinical features (disease activity, disease duration) …”

“…In this study, poor sleepers were revealed to have higher MAF, ASQoL, and BASDAI scores than good sleepers . Validation of JSS in RA and PsA showed that there was moderate‐strong correlation of fatigue, quality of life and disability with JSS scores in accordance with our results . Therefore, sleep disturbances in RA, PsA and AS affect well‐being, disability and vitality of patients.…”
