The technological development of the industrial revolution era 4.0 greatly influenced the world of education, especially higher education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of education using Blended learning based learning in the Covid 19 season. Blended learning used one of which is Google Classroom. Blended learning involves all academics in the tertiary institution in English language courses. This research is a trial with two cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. The results of the data are analyzed based on the cycle in the implementation of learning. The results achieved in this study describe blended learning, knowing Google classroom as an alternative in learning English, and learning blended learning through Google classroom. Results in Cycle I are on average lower than Cycle II as measured by learning (69% to 100%), active student (27% to 100%), achievements (89% to 96%), learning process (70% to 100 %), complete score 25% to 86%), not complete ye (75% to 12%), success (45% to 75%) The use of Google classroom can improve the results of the average achievement of English material on students of English education departments. The conclusion of this research is that this application can run effectively, in order to help facilitate lecturers and students in English education study programs in carrying out the learning process more deeply.

In the last decade, online learning has grown rapidly. However, the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused learning institutions to embrace online learning due to the lockdown and campus closure. This paper presents an analysis of students' feedback (n=354) from the Centre of Pre-University Studies (PPPU), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia, during the transition to fully online learning. Three phases of online surveys were conducted to measure the learners' acceptance of the migration and to identify related problems. The result shows that there is an increased positivity among the students on the vie of teaching and learning in STEM during the pandemic. It is found that online learning would not be a hindrance, but blessing towards academic excellence in the face of calamity like the COVID-19 pandemic. The suggested future research direction will be of interest to educators, academics, and researchers' community.

Blended teaching strategy becomes an integral part of the 21st-century education system to meet the industry 4.0 needs. As not only the online system can create the best system from the points of view of effectiveness and expending cost, but also the traditional teaching style cannot meet the higher level of industry needs. Therefore, the combination of the advancement of technology and the effective design of teaching theory appears in different blended systems to promote education level. This system also proposes a new model to initiate the teaching style that can supplement the requirements of this education era based on FLIP learning terms. The system is built by blending the online and face-to-face strategies using communication technology and multimedia components at pre-class, online test, and in-class times based on stakeholders' satisfaction with the system. The outcome intends to build an effective education system that facilitates the developing country, the Myanmar situation. Moreover, the research methodology goal includes improving the problem-solving ability and performance results of the university students and to increase the self-reflection of all participants.
