The initial scale, Adolescent Transaction Scale (ATS) was revised for use in the pharmaceutical care context, ( 30 ) then revised for medical care service for this study. The scale was created using the elements of King's theory and measured initiation and response, identification of problems, mutual goal setting and exploration of means and agreeing on means toward goals.…”
