Validation canadienne-française de la mesure de conflit et d'ambiguïté de rôle de Rizzo et al. (1970).

Abstract: ResumeLe but de cette etude etait de valider une version canadienne-franc.aise des echelles de conflit et d'ambiguite de role de Rizzo et al. (1970). Un echantillon de 470 sujets (297 femmes et 173 hommes) a servi a verifier les proprietes psychometriques de la version canadienne-francjaise. Les coefficients de coherence interne pour les echelles de conflit et d'ambiguite de role sont respectivement de .77 et .79.
