Validação de um instrumento para avaliação do cliente com afecções cutâneas

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Validar conteúdo e aplicabilidade do protocolo de avaliação do cliente com afecções cutâneas, considerando dimensões clínicas, mentais e espirituais. MÉTODOS: Para validação foi utilizada a Técnica Delphi, sendo juízes sete enfermeiros especialistas.
