Vaccination from the Perspective of Islamic Legal Maxim

Abstract: This article focuses on the vaccination from the perspective of Islamic legal maxims. In order to obtain the data, this qualitative study used the library research. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The article is conducted through a review of literature in classic and contemporary books and documents such as paper reports and rulings of the National Fatwa Committee of Malaysia.
