In this meta-analysis study, it was aimed to examine the perceptions of distance education and the effect size of technology usage competencies by using meta-analysis method. In the meta-evaluation carried for this purpose, twenty-eight studies that met the criteria for inclusion in the research were reached. By combining these studies, 11.797 sample groups were studied. In order to reach a general decision in the research, a funnel plot graph was drawn before statistical calculations were made. Statistical calculations were performed in order to make a general impression decision about the publication bias in the funnel plot diagram. When the statistical analysis results and the diagram graph results were combined, it was determined that there was no publication bias in the studies included in the study. Then, a heterogeneity test was performed to determine the model type of the research. According to the results of the heterogeneity test, it was decided that this research should be interpreted according to the type of random effects model. For heterogeneity, publication type, school type, and branches were aimed as moderators. It was observed that the meta-analysis study had a small distribution of perceptions of distance education and technology usage competencies, that the variables of publication type, school type and distribution departments did not have a moderator unit in the calculations done on the moderator, but it was concluded that the effect sizes of the studies published as articles, the studies carried out in secondary education institutions and the studies on mathematics teachers had a relatively larger effect size than the others.

Due to the rapid growth of technology, technological devices have begun to influence every aspect of our lives. In addition, technology is used extensively in education. Technology in education has several benefits, including allowing students to actively participate in lessons, creating a multi-learning environment, and making learning permanent. Therefore, teachers are expected to integrate technology into their lessons. Teachers' usage of technology tools has increased daily since the entrance of COVID-19 into our lives and the continuance of education as distance education. This research aims to determine teachers' self-efficacy in using information technologies. The survey research model was a quantitative research technique employed in this investigation. Two hundred eleven instructors employed in Balıkesir secondary schools for the academic year 2021–2022 make up the study group in this study. Teachers' self-efficacy is high due to the research; In terms of gender, age, branch, type of institution or education level, there was no noticeable difference. The conclusion reached was that there was a substantial difference based on undergraduate computer education.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, yönetici görüşlerine göre okul müdürlerinin dönüşümcü liderlik gösterme düzeyleri ve karşılaşılan engelleri tespit edebilmektir. Araştırma, nitel yöntemlerden biri olan olgubilim deseninde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmacının katılımcıları 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Düzce ilinin merkez ilçesindeki ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapmakta olan 13 müdürden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tümevarımcı analiz tekniğinden yararlanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, müdürlerde olması gereken dönüşümcü liderlik özellikleri/davranışları olarak, kişisel özellikler, öğrencilere yönelik davranışlar ve okula yönelik davranışlar alt temaları elde edilmiştir. Dönüşümcü bir lider olarak okul müdürlerinin okullarında sağladıkları değişim ve dönüşümler olarak, fiziki dönüşümler, kültürel/sosyal/spor alanında dönüşümler, bilimsel/teknolojik dönüşümler, okul ikliminde dönüşümler ve akademik alanda dönüşümler alt temaları elde dilmiştir. Dönüşümcü bir lider olarak okul müdürlerinin okullarında karşılaştıkları engeller olarak, ekonomik, psikolojik ve bürokratik engeller alt temaları elde dilmiştir. Okul müdürlerinin, okullarında dönüşümleri rahat yapabilmeleri için ekonomik, psikolojik, bürokratik ve fiziksel alanda düzenlemelerin yapılması gerektiği tespit edilmiştir. Dönüşümcü liderliğin önündeki engellerin kaldırılmasına ışık tutacak çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.
