Objectives Workplace sexual harassment is a prominent issue in Malaysia. Although the subject of sexual harassment has been researched for over two decades, information on how organizations could effectively prevent workplace sexual harassment is limited. The researchers investigated the importance of organizational climate for psychosocial safety of workplace sexual harassment prevention. Methods Purposive random sampling was utilized to recruit participants in the study. Semi‐structured interviews were then conducted with Malaysian employees (N = 20) from various organizations. The study applied the Grounded Theory Approach (Glaser & Strauss, 1976) to identify the participants' coping strategies in dealing with sexual harassment that occurred at their workplace. Results The interviews revealed that both genders were potential victims or witnesses of workplace sexual harassment. Since many Malaysian organizations do not implement any workplace sexual harassment prevention, most of the victims and witnesses tend to use passive self‐coping approaches. Typically, policy and guidelines implementation would encourage employees to voice their concerns; however, we discovered that participants' motivation to use active coping strategies depended on organizational role rather than the policy and guidelines implementation. Surprisingly, we also found out that participants from zero policy organizations used active coping strategies when the sexual harassment reached intolerable levels. Conclusion Organizations play a critical role in helping and supporting both victims and witnesses deal with sexual harassment at the workplace. Organizational climate for psychosocial safety is therefore crucial in the primary and secondary prevention of sexual harassment at work.

The problem of overcrowding stems from the overcrowding capacity of the Penitentiary, thus raising various problems and relegating correctional goals to a forgotten concept. Against this backdrop, the current study is aimed at determining the implications of correctional overcrowding of prison institutions in the process of fostering inmates and finding solutions in order to improve management and correctional systems in the future. This study adopts a normative approach using qualitatively analyzed secondary data. The results show that the overcrowding problem has seriously adverse implications for coaching programs, causing illness, triggering disturbances between prisoners, burdening state finances each year, and transferring prisoners to other prisons, which, in turn, makes it difficult for families to visit inmates. These problems are preventing the coaching process from achieving the goal of criminal justice. Efforts to overcome the problem of overcrowding include reducing the use of imprisonment sanctions and making replacements in the form of other sanctions that have deterrent power, building new buildings accompanied by facilities that support the basic needs of prisoners, reforming management or a system starting from strengthening the prison officers' integrity, improving the quality of coaching programs, and ensuring welfare of officers.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of speech breathing in preschool children with an erased form of dysarthria using the biological feedback method. In children suffering from speech impairment, the work of the respiratory system is not normal. Disorders of prosody supplement violations of the sound-producing side of speech. As a result, in children, including the ones with dysarthria, speech becomes unclear and slurred. The theoretical part of the study considers the specificity of the prosodic side of speech in children with an erased form of dysarthria from the point of view of various researchers. The problem of dependence between the prosodic side of speech and the severity of a speech defect is considered. The practical part of the study reveals the content of the organisation of the empirical study on the formation of diaphragmatic relaxation breathing using a hardware-diagnostic complex “BF” (Biological Feedback). It has been established that the biological feedback method contributes to the formation of diaphragmatic-relaxation breathing in preschool children with an erased form of dysarthria. In pre-schoolers, suffering from erased dysarthria and having a history of attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome, the process of formation of diaphragmatic relaxation breathing becomes more complicated.
