Abstract: Carbon infiltrated carbon nanotubes (CI-CNT) are an important emerging material in several micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) because of their unique mechanical and chemical properties. While CI-CNTs are only roughly conductive they work well in micro springs, levers, and meshes.
