In the clothing industry, the understanding of the quality is a major issue to well meet the customer needs. The dilemma that faces manufacturers is to find the balance between good quality and "overquality," what the quality criteria are, and how to target requirements specifications. The aim of this study was to propose a multi-attribute ranking method of products. Ranking is based on an overall quality score. The quality score, here called consumer-based quality, is computed via the combination of textile testing and consumer perception to deterioration. Such a perception has been surveyed, and damage that can lead to end of life has been investigated. Collected data have been translated into a consumer sensitivity using multi-criteria decision making and fuzzy techniques. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process has been used. Five damage categories have been weighted. A selection of appropriate tests according to standards has been completed to test the product resistance to the damage. The tests results have been computed with the consumer sensitivity to obtain the consumer-based quality score. Finally, the ranking method is applied on T-shirts, and a single score ranking is made possible and objectively depict perceived quality.

Credit businesses have been an important part of bank management. It is not simply the primary source of bank revenue, but also satisfi es industrial & commercial enterprises and individual fi nancing demands. The fi rm credit check allows a bank eff ectively allocating and applying resources to activate the market and accelerate economic development. The quality of credit therefore is closely related to bank management and the security of social resources. Logistics industry, presenting critical status in national economy, connects thousands of businesses and maintains national economy. However, fi nancing diffi culty has been a bottleneck for the development. The frequent fi nancing diffi culty becomes a restriction against the development of logistics industry. Aiming at banking credit personnel and logistics enterprise personnel in Shandong Province as the research objects, total 250 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 207 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 83%. The research results indicate: (1) "business management" as the most emphasized evaluation dimension, followed by "business prospects" and "fi nancial conditions" and (2) top fi ve evaluation indicators, among 15 indicators, as responsible person credit, revenue trend, guarantor credit, industry prosperity, and fi nancial structure. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to assist logistics industry, through the support and guidance of supply chain fi nance, in implementing structural adjustment and promote the continuously healthy development.

This article presents new model of enterprises resource planning implementation planning process in manufacturing enterprises based on assessment of risk sources. This assessment was performed by applying analytic hierarchy process. Analytic hierarchy process method allows variation of relative importance of specific risk sources dependent on the section from which the risk source originates (organizational environment, technical issues, people issues, adoption process management, and external support). Survey was conducted on 85 manufacturing enterprises involved with an enterprises resource planning solution. Ranking of risk sources assessments returns most frequent risks of enterprises resource planning implementation success in manufacturing enterprises, and representative factors were isolated through factor analysis by risk source origin. Finally, results indicate that there are hidden causes of failed implementation, for example, risk source ''top management training and education,'' from risk origin ''adoption process management.''
