Using Case-based Reasoning for Situation Classification on Campus Violence

Abstract: Controlling crimes in institutions of higher learning requires the ability of an in-depth analysis of the current situation. For understanding of the current situation and deducing consequences for taking actions, higher-level reasoning about the situation has to take place.
