“…The implementation of EHR systems and other health information technology initiatives in support of health care delivery has become common in countries' national healthcare systems (e.g. [16][17][18][19][20][21][22].A n important stream of research that analyses EHR systems has focused on patient concerns about the dimensions of patient-oriented usability [23,24], privacy [25,26] and security [27,28], but the focus of this article is on clinicians as end-users of Bru-HIMS, and on the organisational management challenges associated with the implementation of health information technologies [29].…”

“…This disruption in flow comes about despite attemptsmost notably by Human Computer Interaction (HCI)to achieve a satisfactory level of clinical usability. The majority of HCI research seems to be focused mainly on the analysis of task and process (Zahabi 2015;Zhang 2013). This means most EMR interface research consists of observing clinicians using existing EMR interfaces (Zheng 2009), resulting in interfaces that become highly complex in an attempt to embed clinical knowledge and relevance into an interface that has no clinical 'heritage'.…”

“…Essa heurística também pode ser abordada como "Flexibilidade e Customização" como foi proposta em Zahabi et al (2015). Nesse artigo, a revisão na literatura buscou por trabalhos relacionados à aspectos de usabilidade e segurança em sistemas de registros médicos e os autores propõem um conjunto de diretrizes para interfaces de sistemas médicos com foco no diagnóstico e documentação dos processos.…”
