Urgent issues of estimation of problems and financial mechanisms of development of russian agrarian complex

Abstract: The key problems of development of agrarian business were analyzed. Low dynamic potential of renewal of production process, lowering of employment in agricultural business, people abandoning rural localities, and inefficient system of agricultural pattern are mostly those problems.
