Urgensi Pendidikan Inklusif Dalam Membangun Efikasi Diri Guru Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: Masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu guru di SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari (Jajar, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta) , SD Alfirdaus (Surakarta), dan SD Lazuardi Kamila (Banjarsari, Surakarta) yang mengajar di sekolah inklusi setiap hari mengajar siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berbeda-beda mengalami kendala ketika beradaptasi dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga guru harus harus memiliki efisikasi diri.
