This research is motivated by an interesting phenomenon of changing times marked by the mushrooming use of information technology that makes the Library able to provide all services quickly, precisely, accurately, anytime, and anywhere. And, in real-time these services can be utilized by users, namely the use of e-library applications applied at the UIN Raden Fatah Library is very interesting to be researched. This research is quantitative, and data were collected by using applications from the Library Science students of class 2020. To see the use of the application, researchers use the theory of total quality management (TQM) which is reviewed through 4 principles, namely the principles of user satisfaction, respect for users, management in line with facts, and continuous improvement. Of the four principles, the survey results are above the average of 50%, meaning that each indicator in each principle has good service quality such as a comfortable application interface, user-friendly application use, good and satisfactory e-library service quality, adequate collection, and can meet user needs. Library efforts that continuously add to existing collections in the e-library application are updated to the latest version. There is a huge need to socialize the use of the application and promotional activities for the application to continue to be carried out. The research data shows that the survey results 75% on average, have gone well. Based on the results of this simple research, all principles in TQM have achieved excellent scores, this is shown by the average acquisition of survey numbers above 50%. This article deals with the issue of drug usage, narcotics, and psychotropic substances. The Sinar Djati Kemiling Lampung Foundation is one of the institutions where the drug victim service and rehabilitation program is implemented which uses alternative treatment methods in the form of physical, mental, religious, and skills. Sufism therapy is used in overcoming anxiety in clients with drug abuse. It is about how to implement fasting therapy to overcome the anxiety of drug abuse clients, what are the effects of the therapy, and the barriers to it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The source person in a study is determined with the use of snowball sampling technique. The fasting therapy is carried out systematically and regularly to overcome anxiety. Apart from the fasting therapy, there are also several activities carried out by clients such as praying, reading the Koran, and praying. Second effect of fasting therapy is to overcome the anxiety of drug clients, it can be said to have succeeded in reducing the level of anxiety in drug clients because the results of interviews with informants were proven to have reduced anxiety among the drug clients. Third, obstacles experienced by researchers when implementing fasting therapy to overcome anxiety i.e., clients find it difficult to manage fasting such as sahur and breaking the fast. In an attempt to analyze the idea of preaching, Moh. Natsir uses the theory of social change, a descriptive analysis method for the studies, and the da’wah model. Moh. Natsir used oral, written, and action da’wah strategies, which was the highest form of domination in Natsir’s da’wah. The author argues that such a da’wah strategy will create social change in the form of socio-religious, interaction, and even bureaucratic environments. Moh. Natsir also initiated this strategic da’wah in three spheres, namely: mosques, Islamic boarding schools, and campuses which are places for very complex social interactions and can legitimize his ideas. A great commitment to this effort is a real act of an actual da’wah activity because it can change social life with its actions. Da’wah carried out with “bi al-hikmah” (with wisdom) is a method or tactic of da’wah that is needed to deal with various social problems that exist in society.
