Urgensi Kepemimpinan dan Mentalitas Siap Berubah Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Musim Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract: Kajian ini bertujuan guna menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai industri Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) di Bekasi dengan mentalitas siap berubah sebagai mediator. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik simple random sampling dan hasil questionnaire yang kembali serta valid sebesar 132 sampel.
