Upregulation of interleukin-8 and polarized epithelial expression of interleukin-8 receptor a in ovarian carcinomas

Abstract: Background. The chemokine interleukin-8 is present in a variety of tumor types with suggested effects on proliferation, migration, and angiogenesis.
