Upper Gastro Instestinal Endoscopic Findings In Patients With Dyspepsia: Our Experience At Cims, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India

Abstract: Objective:Aim of the study was to evaluate Upper Gastro Intestinal endoscopic findings in patients presenting with dyspepsia and to campare with earlier studies.
