Abstract: BackgroundAs yet, the genetic abnormalities involved in the exacerbation of Ulcerative colitis (UC) have not been adequately explored based on bioinformatic methods.Materials and methodsThe gene microarray data and clinical information were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) repository.
