Untersuchungen über Tabakpektine und deren Einfluß auf die Tabakqualität

Abstract: C. PYRIICI und W. MOLDENHAUERDer relativ hohe Gehalt des Tabaks an Pektinen ist schon seit langem AnlaD zu Forschungen gewesen, vor allem iiber ihren EinfluB auf die Qualitat.Wir haben es uns zunachst zur Aufgabe gestellt, anhand von 3 vollkommen verschiedenen Tabaksorten, die bei uns angebaut wurden und zwar ,,Ergo", ,,Havana IIc" (HIIc) und ,,Virgin 232'' (V232), die Frage des Verhaltens der Pektine in der wachsenden Tabakpflanze zu untersuchen.
