Unilateral Dermatomal Superficial Telangiectasia

Abstract: 2 patients with unilateral dermatomal superficial telangiectasia are described and previous cases are reviewed. These innocuous lesions may occur congenitally or are acquired in states of increased estrogen levels. Inappropriate synonymy is rejected.
