“…Various reports are available on the bulk crystal growth of pure and doped KDP as well as many other materials by Sankaranarayanan-Ramasamy (SR) method and various properties such as growth rate, optical transparency, crystalline perfection, laser damage threshold, mechanical and dielectric etc., were found to be enhanced in comparison to slow evaporation solution grown crystals.
