Understanding the Budapest Entrepreneurial Ecosystem: Human Capital Flows and Social Capital Ties

Abstract: Socio-economic transition in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region in recent decades forms the operating context for young entrepreneurial ecosystems.
