Uncommon case of traumatic dislocation of all five metatarsophalangeal joints: Results of treatment after 36 months

Abstract: The authors report a rare case of simultaneous dorsal dislocation of all five metatarsophalangeal joints of the right foot after a motorcycle accident. The first MTP joint dislocation was an open injury. A formal debridement was performed under spinal anesthesia.
