Uncertainty Estimation due to Geometrical Imperfection and Wringing in Calibration of End Standards

Abstract: Uncertainty in gauge block measurement depends on three major areas, thermal effects, dimension metrology system that includes measurement strategy, and end standard surface perfection grades.
