Uma avaliação do Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade

Abstract: This paper assesses quality indicators of the Mortality Information System (SIM) with professionals and managers. Each indicator was analyzed with use of Stochastic Oscillator for qualitative evaluation of Likert scales. The evaluation indicated that the system has features that meet users, is effective to the management, provides adequate performance, enables auditing and tracking of accesses and operations, has mechanisms that ensure disaster recovery situations in data, and has a robust interface.
