"Um mal necessário?": as amas de leite e o discurso médico-higienista nas últimas décadas do século XIX

Abstract: O presente artigo propõe analisar os diferentes discursos em torno do ofício exercido pelas amas de leite contratadas pela Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Salvador nas últimas décadas do século XIX.
