Ultrastrukturelle Untersuchungen bei chronischer Rhinosinusitis ohne Polypen

Abstract: The study revealed the presence of evident ultrastructural changes in the mucosa of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps. Mucosal remodeling seems to be not reversible by conservative treatment.
