Ultrasound Doppler examination in the surgical treatment of pituitary adenomas with cavernous sinus extension

Abstract: Objective: To determine the effectiveness of intraoperative Doppler ultrasound in the surgical treatment of pituitary adenomas with invasive parasellar growth into the cavernous sinus Knosp 3 and Knosp 4.
