Über Scilla‐Glykoside, II1). Quantitative Bestimmung von Hexadienoliden in Meerzwiebel‐Extrakten

Abstract: Bufadienolide lassen sich mit Hilfe der UV-Spektren und der Diinnschichtchromatogramme in Gemischen quantitativ bestimmen. Am Beispiel einiger Drogenextrakte wird die Brauchbarkeit der Methode nachgewiesen.Fur die Bestimmung von Herzglykosiden gibt es eine g r o k Zahl von Methoden2), von denen wenige so spezifisch sind, daD sie nur auf ein Glykosid oder eine Klasse von Herzglykosiden ansprechen.
