Über Oxyalkyl‐ bzw. Halogenalkyl‐formamidine und ‐imidazoline

Abstract

Nach dern Erkalten wurde vom Platin abgenutscht; hernach vertrieb man denEisessig bei 12 mm, versetzte den Ruckstand mit starker Lauge und extrahierte erschopfend mit Ather. Der getrocknete Atherruckstand destillierte bei einem Sdp. 12 , , , , , , 122 -123O. Ausbeute: 0,74 g 2,3-Dihydro-4,5-propylen-hexahydro-benzo-1,4-oxazin (= 81 94 d. Th.). Diinnfliissiges, wasserklares, stark basisches 61. -4,178 mg Subst.gaben 11,18 mg CO, und 3,87 mg H,O 2,519 mg Subst.gaben 0,177 om3 N, (35O, 739 mm) C,,H,,ON (181,2) Ber. C 72,90 H 10,57 N 7,73% Gef. ,, 73,OO ,, 10,37 ,, 7,8204 Das Hydrochlorid konnte leicht erhaiten werden, indem man aquimolare Mengen trockenen Chlorwasserstoffs in eine Aceton-Losung der Base leitete, wobei es krystallin ausfiel und aus Butanol-Ather umkrystallisiert werden konnte; farblose, in Wasser leicht und mit lackmusneutraler Reaktion losliche Krystalle vom Smp. 229-230O. 4333 mg Subst.gaben 1.0,07 mg CO, und 3,72 mg H,O 2,539 mg Subst. gaben 0,152 cm3 S, (24O, 738 mm) 7,688 mg Subst. verbrauchten 5,OO ema KH,CSS (f = 0,25) C,,H,,,ONCl (217,i) Ber. Urn den Zusammenhang zwischen den offenen Amidinen und ihren cyclischen Vertretern, den Imidazolinen, besser herauszustellen, betrachten wir die hier beschriebenen, offenen Amidine ebenfalls als Derivate der Formamidine. Die Verbindung vom Typus des Oxyacet-oder Glykolsaure-amidins z. B. bezeichnen wir deshalb als Oxymethyl-formamidin. --basischer Gruppen eine bedeutsame Rolle. Es schien daher verlockend, tihnliche Derivate mit einem anderen basischen Rest, wie z. B. dem Amidinrest oder seiner cyclischen Abart, dem Imidazolinrest, eingehender zu untersuchen.A.
